The Nike Zoom Fly 5 is a ground-up overhaul from the Zoom Fly 4. The Zoom Fly 5 now has a full length of recycled Nike ZoomX foam contained in an EVA carrier. The ZoomX foam is incredibly lightweight and responsive, and the EVA carrier provides stability and increased vibration dampening. This new model has more flexibility built into the midfoot plate increasing the versatility of the Zoom Fly 5 and offering smooth and comfortable transitions. The outsole has grippy and durable rubber on the forefoot and heel of the shoe to help handle lots of training miles while the Flyknit mesh upper finishes off the Zoom Fly 5 with a secure lockdown that is soft and breathable. The Nike Zoom Fly 5 is a versatile up-tempo running shoe that will take on your daily training and has the responsiveness to be brought out on race day.
